About Me

My name is Sean and I guess, like most of us, I have loved toys for as long as I can remember.  I suppose you could say I failed to grow out of this, something that has led to the web site you are looking at right now.  Somewhere along the way (most likely the evil garage sales) I became separated from some of my favorite toys.  I began my adventure in re-collecting those toys somewhere around 1995 and have not gotten enough yet! 

(1977) I am the one on the left with one of my favorite figures of all time - Warpath from the Big Jim PACK line.  My brother Don is in the middle (at this point he was playing with girls, not toys) and the guy on the right is my brother Jim wielding the Big Jim PACK Double Trouble Commander (and sporting a super cool Spock t-shirt I might add).

I ran into several roadblocks along the way, one of those being the disaster of memory loss from either tequila or a hockey concussion and I forgot the names of some of my favorite toys!  At times I could find books on a topic or maybe a web site with information on a particular line.  But, there were some toys that just seemed too obscure or I just got lost trying to keep up with all of the scattered information on the net.  I decided to put together this web site to provide tips to fellow collectors and help reunite them with some long lost fun.

I hope the information on this site helps someone out and if not, well, it was a great outlet for me to talk about toys!
